Who Receives These Messages

1. Customers who text us first

If you send an SMS to our published business line (787) 987-2020, you will receive one automated reply confirming receipt and providing alternate contact channels. Sending that first message is your consent for this single automated reply.

2. Existing managed IT services clients

If your business has a signed managed IT services agreement with Global Computer & Technology Services, your designated contact(s) may receive recurring service-related SMS notifications, including support ticket status updates, on-site visit confirmations, and billing or invoice notices. Consent for this program is collected directly by a Global CTS representative during client onboarding: we ask for the contact's mobile phone number and verbally confirm their consent to receive these service-related messages, and this consent is recorded in our internal client management system at that time.
